2. Types of Data Collected

In relation to the purposes described in this notice, we collect the following categories of personal data:

• Personal and contact details — first name, last name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
• Browsing data — anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access, data collected via analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
• Purchase data — order history, artworks purchased, payment methods used. Full credit card data is not stored on our servers — it is handled directly by Stripe.
• Communications — content of messages sent via the contact form or by email.

• Tax and accounting data — retained for 10 years pursuant to Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code.
• Purchase data — for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter until the statute of limitations expires.
• Marketing and newsletter data — until consent is withdrawn by the data subject.
• Analytics data (Google Analytics) — 26 months from collection, as per Google Analytics 4 default settings.
• Contact messages — for the time strictly necessary to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months.

Pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR, every data subject has the right to:

• Access — obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of the data.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data or supplement it.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request the deletion of data, except where legal obligations require its retention.
• Portability — receive data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes.
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
• Complaint to the supervisory authority — lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it). Requests are handled within 30 days.
