General terms of sale for the purchase of original artworks.
The website accorsiarte.com is managed by the Association Accorsi Arte, tax code 97777620010, with registered office at Via Fratelli Calandra 9, 10122 Turin, and operational office in Venice at Castello, Calle dei Forni 2265.
Access to and use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading this document carefully before making a purchase.
These Terms govern the online sale of original artworks (paintings, photographs, sculptures, prints, digital art and illustrations) via the site accorsiarte.com. Every artwork sold is authentic and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
The purchase is completed by following the steps below:
Accorsi Arte reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of technical errors in prices or artwork availability.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The following methods are accepted:
Payment card data is never stored on our servers. Stripe manages the transaction in compliance with the PCI DSS standard.
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without needing to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to:
Exclusions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned or personalised artworks (art. 59 lit. c Consumer Code).
Every artwork sold via accorsiarte.com is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and/or Accorsi Arte, bearing information about the artwork (title, year, technique, dimensions, artist's signature). The certificate attests the provenance and originality of the artwork.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the parties elect the court of Turin as the exclusively competent court, without prejudice to the consumer's court pursuant to art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code.
