Access to and use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading this document carefully before making a purchase.

2. Subject matter

These Terms govern the online sale of original artworks (paintings, photographs, sculptures, prints, digital art and illustrations) via the site accorsiarte.com. Every artwork sold is authentic and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

3. Purchase process

The purchase is completed by following the steps below:

• Select the artwork and add it to the cart.
• Complete the checkout form with shipping and billing details.
• Choose the payment method and confirm the order.
• Receive a confirmation email with an order summary.
• The contract is concluded upon sending of the confirmation email by Accorsi Arte.

Accorsi Arte reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of technical errors in prices or artwork availability.

4. Prices

• All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR).
• Prices include VAT where applicable under current regulations.
• For certain high-value or commissioned artworks, the price is available on request. In such cases the user may contact Accorsi Arte to receive a personalised quote.
• Shipping costs are not included in the artwork price and are calculated at checkout.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The following methods are accepted:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
• PayPal.
• Bank transfer (for high-value artworks, by agreement).

Payment card data is never stored on our servers. Stripe manages the transaction in compliance with the PCI DSS standard.

6. Shipping

• Delivery times are approximately 5-15 business days from payment confirmation, subject to logistical unforeseen events.
• Each artwork is packed professionally and custom-made with materials suitable for protecting the artistic work during transport.
• All shipments are insured for the value of the artwork. We ship worldwide via couriers specialised in art transport.
• Once handed to the courier, the buyer receives an email with the tracking number.

7. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without needing to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to:

• Notify the decision to withdraw to accorsiarte@gmail.com within 14 days.
• Return the artwork in its original condition, with intact packaging, within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Exclusions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned or personalised artworks (art. 59 lit. c Consumer Code).

8. Authenticity guarantee

Every artwork sold via accorsiarte.com is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and/or Accorsi Arte, bearing information about the artwork (title, year, technique, dimensions, artist's signature). The certificate attests the provenance and originality of the artwork.

9. Limitation of liability

Accorsi Arte is not liable for:

• Delivery delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.
• Damage occurring during transport if the buyer did not report the issue within 24 hours of delivery as indicated in the Shipping and Returns section.
• Colour variations between images on the site and the actual artwork, due to monitor calibration.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract, the parties elect the court of Turin as the exclusively competent court, without prejudice to the consumer's court pursuant to art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code.
